Togbutikken is a nice model railway shop in Tønsberg. We have extensive expertise in most areas within model railways, and we are more than happy to help you with advice for your project.
The train shop started small in 2005 as a small branch of the company AutoClassic. At the start we sold some products from Woodland Scenics, but soon we expanded the selection to also include Danish HobbyTrade and the Norwegian small-series manufacturer Skala Design. The small brass building set of NSB Skd206 became the first volume seller in Togbutikken, and in many ways it laid the foundation for further investment. Soon we also became a dealer for Steinar&Steinar’s beautiful brass building sets, and in 2010 we got NMJ on the team. Since then we have expanded with Roco, Fleischmann, Brawa, ESU, Märklin etc. In autumn 2013 we moved into slightly larger premises at Sem in Tønsberg, and we stayed there until autumn 2021. Just before Christmas in 2021 we moved into our own premises in Havegaten 1 in Tønsberg, and we have been here ever since. Togbutikken is today one of the larger players on the Norwegian market, and we now feel that we are where we “should be”.
