We are two good friends who have been interested in railways and model trains for many years. We have built model trains for our own use on our private model tracks.
In 1998, we tried to build wagons and locomotives for the now closed business Trinbrættet Hobby in Aarhus. It resulted in quite a few different models. The best known are probably enough; DSB MH, DSB MZ-4 and the red S-TOG, Auxiliary vehicles and mail vans, as well as of course the long OHJ MO motor vehicle and many others. Together with KM-TEXT, we have produced the Prototype lightning train as a construction kit.
Later we started what we know today as DF Modeltog. Our goal is to produce special Danish models in a small edition, all of which are hand-built. The aim is to get as close to the model as possible and at the same time ensure good and stable driving characteristics on all rail types.
