Amagerbanens Venner was created to preserve a piece of cultural and railway history. We do this, among other things, through our open days, where everyone—young and old—can try a ride on our rail bikes and hand-powered draisines. We also actively participate in preserving and maintaining the last remaining railway terrain of the former Amagerbahn, which is the area we use for the rail bikes. So feel free to drop by on an open day for a cozy experience.

Can’t make it on one of our open days? The railway can also be booked privately for, for example, birthdays, company events, or just a fun outing with friends or family.
